Junior Varsity
JV Tryouts will start, Monday, Sept. 11, 2023.
All of the following players should report back on 9/11.

How Varsity Tryouts work:
You need to start at the first tryout and come everyday. Each day the list will be posted with the returning athletes.
If you make the team you continue until the season ends.
If you do not make the Varsity and you are in 9th or 10th grade you can tryout for JV. If you are in 11th or 12th grade and do not make the team you are done when team is selected.
New players will take a physical Fitness, jumping and agility test.
Tests: Block Jump, Spike Approach, 20 yard dash, X agility run, Basketball throw on one knee.
Skill tests will follow.

YOU NEED ALL FORMS UP TO DATE AND COMPLETED TO TRYOUT.
FORMS THAT ARE NEEDED ARE ON TRYOUT 2022 Forms PAGE!!! YOU CAN ALSO GET FORMS IN ROOM 108 or the Nurse's Office at Francis Lewis. All information must be in pen!! Initials on consent are your parents makes sure there are 13!!! Put your Osis #, name, and school on all pages needed. Make sure the Dr. signs, dates and stamps the forms. Incomplete forms will be rejected - no exceptions!!
